Our proposal is to have a local partner in each city in the following categories:
 
1. Business Development Partners


Terms & Conditions for working as Business Development Partner

The appointed BDP will be assigned defined territory for his operations by IASL.

  • BDP will be paid on a very attractive commission on sales basis for subscriptions to publications, research reports and advertisement.

  • BDP will be paid commissions on the revenues generated per month on all the products of IASL.

  • Order book issued to BDP will be the property of IASL. Payments collected by BDP on behalf of IASL will be sent to head office every day through courier. The courier charges will be reimbursed to BDP every month end on receiving the courier slips.

  • In no case the BDP is allowed to deduct his commission and send balance amount to company. This will be treated breach of contract with company and can lead to cancellation of franchisee ship by IASL.

  • All the booking is to be done as per the rate card provided by the company. Any changes in the rates will be intimated to BDP immediately.

  • Free circulation will be done to targeted customers in his area for a week. And the same exercise will be repeated to other customers after feedbacks received from BDP.
2. Content Development Partners


We are looking for localised news, information about events, technical articles etc on agriculture and agribusiness through out the country.
 

3. Consulting Partners

At IASL we are also looking for qualified persons who are located in small towns and cities who could participate in the various consulting assignments and studies undertaken by IASL. We will pay out remuneration to those associated with us on an assignment to assignment basis.
 
4. Franchisee for the Vernacular versions of Agriwatch


We currently have our publications in English, Hindi and Marathi and we have finalised a Franchisee for Kannada edition of Agriwatch. We are looking out for people who will take up the publishing of Agriwatch Farm Weekly in languages like Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali and Punjabi. A franchisee can build a successful enterprise in his own area with investment of upto Rs 2.5 to 3 lakhs.
