(1) You are making this payment to "Indian Agribusiness Systems Pvt. Ltd." the owner of www.agriwatch.com. If your payment transaction completes successfully, you will be sent an electronic receipt at the email address provided by you here.  Printed receipt is send to you only if you demand for the same after receiving the electronic receipt. In your credit card statement, this will be mentioned as a payment to “Agriwatch.com” or to “Indian Agribusiness Systems Pvt. Ltd.” or to “ICICI Bank Ltd.”

(2) After you key in the details of the credit card and click on pay button, the processing of the payment transaction starts and you get a digital receipt when the processing completes. This processing may take few seconds. You should ensure that you remain connected during this period. In case you are disconnected before you get the receipt, you should contact the Customer Help Desk of agriwatch.com to know the status of your order.

(3) Payment Confirmation, your Password and/or the reports that your subscribe for and any other communication will be sent at the email address you provide here in the form above. Therefore ensure that you provide a valid and correct email address.

(4) By clicking on the "Pay Now" button of the 3rd page of this form, it will take you to the secure server. This will prevent anyone else from accessing your personal information during the credit card payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed by "Pay Seal" an ICICI service.

(5) Those subscribers making payment in US Dollars should note that this online payment gateway accepts payments only in Indian Rupees. Therefore, the subscription amount in US Dollars is converted into Indian Rupees at an approximate exchange rate mentioned at a proper place while passing on your order to the payment gateway. However, your credit card account will be debited as per the actual exchange rate prevailing at the time of debiting the account. Therefore, there could be difference of +/- 1% in the actual foreign currency amount that will be debited to your account.

(6) The subscription date begins from the date on which we receive a payment confirmation by e-mail from you. After we receive payment from you, we send a confirmation mail to you, which you should reply to confirm the subscription/

(7) Once you subscribe for the above reports/services, you can not cancel your subscription later on and claim refund.

(8) All disputes are subject to the New Delhi jurisdiction.
