Ministry Extended the Timeline for Import of Lentil at Zero Duty

Through a notification no. 65/2022-Customs, Finance Ministry has extended the timeline for import of Lentil at zero duty till 31.03.2024 (vessel arrival date) for all the origin other than USA. As per it, USA origin Lentil will attract a duty of 22% till the extended date. The previous deadline for  zero import duty was 31.03.2023.
