Cotton domestic scenario

Cotton daily arrivals were at around 1,30,000-1,40,000 bales per day and total arrivals were around 12 lakh bales., during the past week. Arrivals have increased during the past week as farmers are releasing their stocks. Cottonseed and oilcake prices remained lower during the last week. There is very limited demand for cottonseed in the market. So, prices are likely to go down with the pressure of arrivals and due to weak demand.
