Good Demand of premium quality continued to supported the Red Chilli prices

Good domestic and export demand supported the Red Chilli prices today. Fresh export demand is continuing from Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia at Guntur market supporting the prices. Red Chilli 334(S4)more demand coming from Bangladesh and masala millers from South India. AgriWatch expects Red Chilli prices likely to go up further due to lower availability of good quality stocks.  
 
At Guntur Market, Red Chilli NCDEX Quality started the day firm at INR 24,500-25,000 per quintal, higher by 4.17% from previous trading day. Estimated market supply was at 60,000 Bags, up by 10,000 Bags as against previous day.
 
Red Chilli LCA 334(S4) at INR 25,500-26,500 per quintal, up by 1.92% as compared to previous day. Red Chilli Teja(S 17) INR 22,000-24,500 per quintal, higher by 2.08% from previous day. Red Chilli No.273 INR 26,000-28,000 per quintal, higher by 3.7% as compared to previous day. Red Chilli No.5 opened at INR 26,000-28,500 per quintal, higher by 3.64% as against previous day.
 
Red Chilli Fatki stood at INR 10,000-15,000 per quintal, steady as compared to previous close., Red Chilli Byadgi opened high at INR 27000-29500 per quintal, up by 1.72% from previous day. Red Chilli US 341 started high at INR 28,000-29,000 per quintal, up by 1.75% against previous day.
 
Red Chilli Denvor Delux began strong at INR 27,000-28,500 per quintal, up by 1.79% as against previous day. Red Chilli Indam 5 began strong at INR 27,000-28,000 per quintal, up by 3.7% from previous day.
