Government has fixed 21 lakh tonnes of monthly sugar sales quota for June 2022.

GoI has allotted the monthly sugar sale quota of 21 lakh MT for the month of June which is 1 lakh MT lower from previous year. Consideration of lower sale quota is mainly due to expectation of lower demand with the coming monsoon season.
