Increasing new crop supply put cap on prices at Bedia Red Chilli market today

At Bedia market, Red Chilli(Loose) No 12 (Full Cut) opened lower at Rs. 18,000-20,000 per quintal, lower by 9.09 per cent as compared to previous day. Arrivals were reported at 12000 bags, higher by 4000 bags from previous trading day.
Red Chilli(Loose) Fatki FC began lower at Rs. 12000-12500 per quintal, lower by 10.71 per cent as compared to previous day. Red Chilli(Loose) Jhankar(Mahi) DD at Bedia market started the day lower at Rs. 17000-18500 per quintal, down by 7.5 per cent from previous day.
