MP, UP, Gujarat and Rajasthan Likely to Get Good Rains in Next 3-4 Days

According to the latest update of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the cumulative rainfall % departure (from June 1^st, 2022) country as a whole stand at -10% of LPA. However, this deficit is likely to get reduce in coming days as the weather department is expecting good rainfall activity over the remaining part of the country.

It says that the condition are becoming favorable for further advance of SW Monsoon into remaining parts of Arebian Sea, Gujarat, some parts of Rajasthan; remaining part of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh; some parts of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi between 30^th June to 1^st July, 2022.

The latest reports of IMD further indicates that there are chances of isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall activity over East and West Uttar Pradesh during 29^th to 30^th June and over East Rajasthan on 30^th June & 1^st July, 2022. Similarly, isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall activity likely over East & West Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat region during 30^th June to 2^nd July, 2022. South Interior Karnataka, Coastal AP, Tamil Nadu and Telangana would also get isolated heavy to very heavy rains during next 3 days.
