Small Cardamom market was trading firm during the past week

In the current season (which officially started from 1st August 2022) up to 17th Feb 2023, arrivals reported 9,963 tonnes up by 10.29% from the corresponding period last year due to higher production current season.
As on 17th Feb 2023, at Kochi auction centre prices are moving at INR 1,711 per kgs up by INR 580 per kg as compared to last week. Last year same period it was trading on an average basis at INR 893 per kgs.
